The James B. Edwards College of Dental Medicine offers continuing education courses designed to provide practicing dentists and oral health care team members with both didactic and clinical instruction in new methods and techniques.
Registration and course information
This certificate program is for dental hygienists and dental assistants who work in rural areas or communities with limited access to dental care who want to become community dental health coordinators.
This course is worth 25 hours of continuing education (CE) credits for dental hygienists and up to 31 hours of CE credits for dental assistants.
