The MUSC Wellness Center in Charleston is a facility dedicated to the promotion and practice of healthy lifestyles. More than just a gym, the MUSC Wellness Center focuses on the development of total well-being through offering a variety of programs, amenities, and services. Normal Hours of Operation

Monday - Thursday: 5:30am to 10:00pm*

Friday: 5:30am to 7:00pm*

Saturday - Sunday: 9:00am to 5:00pm*

*Pool closes 15 minutes prior to the facility

Beginning July 1, 2025, weekend hours of operation will be:

Saturday: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Sunday: 9:00am to 6:00pm

MUSC Wellness Center Pool Update

The MUSC Wellness Center pool will be temporarily closed beginning July 1, 2025, for a full renovation. The renovation is expected to take approximately 90 to 120 days to complete.

This exciting project will significantly improve both the appearance and functionality of the pool, including upgrades to systems, surfaces, and the overall user experience. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to enhance this important part of our facility.

Updates will be provided through MUSC Wellness Center social media channels.

Wellness Center Open House

Join the Wellness Center team on the second Wednesday of each month for the MUSC Wellness Center Open House. Each Open House will feature a variety of special discounts and featured vendors. The Wellness Center will also offer $5 guest/day passes and up to 95% off of the enrollment fees with purchase of a 3+ month membership.
